Currie – East Course

Unlike any other golf facility in the Great Lakes Bay Region, Currie Golf Courses provide Midland residents and visitors alike with two beautiful courses that subtly blend with their natural surroundings.

Located along the banks of the Tittabawassee River near downtown Midland, Currie is an exceptional value that provides golfers with the option of playing a traditional layout or a more modern championship course.

Currie East is a 9-hole layout designed and constructed by Mr. Gilbert Currie, the man for whom Currie Municipal Golf Course is named. Mr. Currie’s vision was to provide a reasonably priced, beautifully designed course for all citizens to enjoy. The layout and conditions of Currie East are generally representative of comparable courses in the region with three tee boxes and an average course and slope rating, which can accommodate all skill levels.
