Sycamore Hills Golf Club

Sycamore Hills Golf Club, a 27-hole championship public golf course designed by master golf architect Jerry Matthews, has been selected the Michigan Golf Course Owners Association’s course of the year for 2013. The only other golf course in the tri-county area to have won the award is Oakland Hills Country Club. Sycamore Hills is also in the running for the 2013 National Golf Course Owners Association course of the year.

Three different, but comparable, nine hole layouts offer three different 18 hole courses. Each 18 hole layout is roughly 6300 yards, and the fairways are tight and challenging. There are four sets of tees which offer a fair test of golf for various skill levels and handicaps.

Sycamore Hills has worked actively in growing the game of golf. We have adopted the "tee it forward" campaign and as a result have added new tee boxes to help speed up play. We have been successful in bringing more women to the game as evidenced by over 40% of our league players being ladies. Sycamore Hills also hosts three different junior programs totaling over 350 youths.
